Non-Disclosure Agreement Required

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date of electronic acceptance below, between AquaServiceNow / Mac4 Industries ("Disclosing Party") and the individual accepting this agreement ("Receiving Party"). 1. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. All materials, software, workflows, AI systems, business logic, customer data structures, and proprietary processes shown within this platform are strictly confidential ("Confidential Information"). 2. NON-USE. Receiving Party agrees not to use the Confidential Information for any purpose other than evaluating the platform at the express invitation of the Disclosing Party. 3. NON-DISCLOSURE. Receiving Party agrees not to disclose, distribute, sell, copy, reproduce, or transmit any Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent. 4. NO MODIFICATION OR DESTRUCTION. Receiving Party agrees not to modify, edit, delete, or interfere with any data, code, configurations, or system components of the platform. 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. All content, code, workflows, AI prompts, and business logic remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Disclosing Party. 6. TERM. This Agreement remains in effect indefinitely and survives termination of access. 7. REMEDIES. Receiving Party acknowledges that any breach of this Agreement would cause irreparable harm and agrees that the Disclosing Party is entitled to seek injunctive relief in addition to all other legal remedies.
