This restriction expressly applies to any person in the vicinity of the Recipient while the preview is displayed — including colleagues, employees, family members, friends, roommates, or any other individual who may observe the screen. Binding on All Observers. By signing below, the Recipient represents that any individual present during this preview is likewise bound by these terms. If the Recipient cannot guarantee that no unauthorized person will observe the preview, the Recipient must close the preview immediately.
No Reverse Engineering. Recipient shall not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code, architecture, or underlying logic of the platform.
No Competitive Use. Recipient shall not use any information from this preview to build, design, or support a competing product or service.
Term. These obligations survive indefinitely and shall not expire upon closing of the preview.
Remedies. Any breach entitles AquaServiceNow to seek injunctive relief and monetary damages.
